Create a very simple wordpress template

I have a really fun and simple project for you out there. I want you to do a copy of [login to view URL] for Wordpress. The template needs to have a -Top menu -Logo -Custom Module Position above content and below content(for HTML and php inputs) For example, So I can put ads there! -Footer Menu -Footer Text ARTICLE PAGE -Custom font in titles - Position for custom html/php above content and side - Facebook and Twitter buttons - Author icon -Facebook module under every article. See the site [login to view URL] as reference (The sites features does not ONLY include examples above) The site needs to have all the features of [login to view URL] The template needs to be delivered as zip and ready for me to upload it on wordpress. I have a server you can work on if you want. Let me know. All HTML5 and CSS3 files needs to be indocument structured. I need to be able to easy find when I want to change something. I need you to be good in english and access to skype. You can use loremipsum as example data. If you're good in wordpress templates this will be an easy task for you.
