Convert webshop design (psd files) into w3c valid css2 html files.

I have a webshop design that i need to get sliced/based up and made into valid w3c html file. I will test the design in FF, IE7 and higher and Chrome. Your work will consist of slicing up three separate pages, the rest of the work will be done by my self. I will be doing the programming my self based om custom made webshop software. From you i just need 3 html files, a single css file and a bunch if images. There are 3 psd files, one for the home page, one for the productoverview page and one for the product view page. They all have basically the same framework and just the centered content is different. Please see the jpeg files. I don't do it my self because i don't have the time and i prefer to have someone do it that is an expert on this field so i can focus on programming. I have more designs to be sliced up. My client is not supposed to know that others are doing part of the work so you may never contact my client directly. I need an expert on this field, please provide 2 references (websites) so i can see how your work is done.
