Convert simple 5 page flash website to Joomla & add membersh

Please note this is an adult related site so do not bid if you have any issues at all with this ! I have a client that has a very simple flash website (url will be given later) that has the equivalent of 5 pages (one is a gallery page and one is a contact form) which needs to be changed to Joomla so that the template looks as similar as possible to the current one (some changes are fine) and then the small amount of content added to reproduce the site as it already exists and a gallery section to include the current images but where the client can upload additional images. All of the current site should be freely available to anyone visiting the site. Then a simple membership section needs to be added so that selected new pages (which could include image and video galleries as well as static pages) can easily be added by the client. There should be a sign up process which uses ccBill (although options to use others would be useful). Joomla has already been installed and a very basic start has already been made by the client but this needs to be finished quickly and I dont have the time to do it. You can use this Joomla installation and template to work from or you can start from scratch. In your bid I would need to know what Joomla extensions you would recommend for the image and video gallery (phoca maybe) and also for the membership section. It needs to be easy to to configure and either free or not too expensive (if you have to buy it). Any bids not containing this information will be immediately rejected
