Complete Wordpress Site Development Through Final Testing To Live Implementation - AGAIN :(

Due to personal circumstance (minor operation) my developer has had to retire before completing this project. AND Now - After 3 Weeks the new developer I chose has made little or no progress - So, again I need someone else to complete this project and to work with me long term in the future. The website is about 75% complete - The original requirement was to "DESIGN, DEVELOP & IMPLEMENT a new website from start to finish - That will act and work like Appsumo - Please ensure you check this site as it will be the base for us when developing and testing this project - The text and offers will obviously be much different as I will not be selling or promoting apps". There are a number of outstanding issues, some cosmetic and some functional - I have these documented and have attached them. I need these doing and obviously need someone flexible to add/amend/remove as and when testing progresses. Support through testing to live implementation is an absolute must for completing this project. There will also be consideration for paying a small monthly fee to support the website when it is live - I would much prefer to establish a long term relationship here than a simple one off development. Please indicate your intention (technical proposal) when bidding for this project and also include examples of projects similar to this you have completed from start to finish, it would be appreciated. NOTE: The budget for this project was £350 and there is £150 (now £125) left so if you cannot bid at or under this price then please do not bid at all. Also this project must be completed by the end of July, if you cannot commit to this please do not bid.
