CodeIgniter CRUD finish

This Freelancer project is a continuation of a previous project. The previous project used open-source non-proprietary softwares. ie. PHP, Apache, AJAX, external CSS, Java etc on a CodeIgniter2 framework. The new project will build upon the old using the same technologies. The previous project involved making a few web pages to access a postgresql database. This project will finish the job. All tables to be accessed, web pages to be completed - including backgrounds and styling which has been completed previously. Any security issues left outstanding will be completed also. Certain fields in the tables must be stored in an encrypted form. All image files to be stored in encrypted form also. I would like to obfuscate all PHP code if possible. As I'm not right up with this type of technology you will need to inform e of the best way to proceed. The https functionality must be tested and built. Access to the database tables only happens on https pages. ACID compliance needs to be tested. No records will be lost or erased. Any adjustments to records will create a new record and the older record made 'deactivated'. Users with various permissions need to be tested for access to various functionality. Email responses to new users will need to be tested. Passwords for new users will be changed upon first login. A "New User" form will need to be built for this. A form and email need to be made for users who are removed from the system. All pages will be documented to my satisfaction - assume a dummy! When you see the database table structure it is your responsibility to understand what is being desired. Any forms / pages to improve functionality are to be built. As the project takes form, changes may need to take place. It is not possible to define every page at this stage. I do not envisage too many more pages actually need to be built. I will create a new installation of Ubuntu in order to re-install this project upon completion. It is already running on Ubuntu but I want to make sure that the process of installing this project is well documented. All and any config file changes and installation gotchas need to be noted on a separate document for the purpose. At the end of the project there is opportunity to take it to the next level which is building the photographic website. See my previous project for any further details.
