Code single landing page from graphic design

The job is to code a SINGLE landing page, taken as a reference a given graphic design. The landing page should look exactly as the graphic design provided. No graphic design is required, only coding. To do this job we provide (see files attached): 1) Working html / php functional template of the landing page. [login to view URL] 2) Graphical design. 3) Graphics and pictures required to code the page. The outputs of job will be: A. Functional HTML /PHP landing page, that looks like the graphical design provided (2) , and has the same functionality that the reference landing page provided (1) B. Modified .css file, where the style of the landing page has been added.
