Classified Ads Site Re-Design

Hi Everyone! - I am based in the UK. I have a site - [login to view URL] I am wanting to now make this my full time job. So i need the site to be designed to a high standard as i think it is pretty basic. I want someone with experience to review - [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] Spend a lot of time reviewing each of these mentioned sites list all the features all these sites offer, from when you sign up to post an ad, to placing an ad + all the different options available. eg - Urgent button, highlighted ad, featured ad etc. Bring all these features and put them in to the Delboysstall site! I would also like my logo redesigned & colour of the site freshened up! I would also like Facebook interaction, Twitter etc etc. I would also like the site highly SEO to make it easy to find on Goggle I would also like an easy payment option for my customers to pay for their ads ( Maybe also telephone payment as DoneDeal offers ) I would like Car Registration info finder for Car ads ( As Gumtree offers ) I would like an easy email system set up for when an ad is expiring that the customer will be reminded to renew their ad or bump it up ( Upselling ) Thank you
