CMS-PHP Website Modifications

We have an existing site that needs modification using CMS - PHP, sql, IONCUBE Loader. I want to add another feature to this site where as when Registered Users add their property they can add a video of their property to my "You Tube" Account. I can add my Account details in the Admin section of our website which cannot be seen by registered users but is used to upload the videos direct. I know that individuals can register and paist the link but I was looking for an Automated system by which they can directly upload video into my account at "you tube" via our website. Then that same video only can be viewed when someone visits their property page. They can reload and delete and change the text description of the video if required.
