CCMail clone - Mailing List

I require a clone of CCMail ([login to view URL]) with minor changes. I want a basic control panel with a logo I will send to you at the top with all of the functions CCmail has. I would also like the mailing list subscription form extended to include the subscribers first name. This means that whoever uses the program can choose the option to add the subscribers first name in to the emails sent to the mailing list. no advertisements whatsoever to be included in the program. no links to external links or websites in the control panel. only links to pages within the program itself. entire program must be in php (same as CCmail) and can not include a database. a complete clone of ccmail with inclusion of the above items and other simple additions to be described at a later date.
