Build a new website for me

I need someone to build websites for me. This is very easy and quick for someone experienced with wordpress and website building. I will provide the design and theme, all you have to do is write the content for the website and make sure everything is OPTIMIZED. You must meet most if not all of the following criteria *good SEO and LSI experience *you must be able to research and write content in excellent English *the content written must be Search Engine Optimized *content that is written must be 100% unique *to ensure you read this, you must type long island in your bid for it to be considered *good Wordpress experience (know how to use the plugins and everything related to wordpress) *Excellent understanding of the English language *MUST have MSN or AIM so I could contact you ( if you don't have that you must be prompt in communication) I will train you how I want the websites to be like exactly. The perfect person will be able to complete at least 1 website a day with little to no supervision from me. Payment will be through Freelancer's Escrow system. I will ONLY pay after I have gone through the website and feel satisfied with the contents.
