Build a PHP file upload/edit manager with WYSIWYG HTML-template-builder/editor for e-mail and landing-pages with MoxieCode or other drag-n-dropable WYSIWYG-editor

Create: - one WYSIWYG drag-n-droppable HTML-template-builder/editor for e-mail and  - one WYSIWYG drag-n-droppable HTML-template-builder/editor for landing-pages They can be virtually the same, although only TABLEs and inline-CSS should be used for the e-mail (and hence likely for both) since e-mail can't use external style-sheets. If you don't have another suggestion for being able to achieve a easy-to-use drag-and-drop WYSIWYG for editing the HTML for the users, we also have the latest Moxie-code (earlier TinyMCE) available, but again, we don't know its own drag-n-droppable functionality and we want easiest possible user interface and if you want to have a look at how others have solved something similar, you can check e.g. newsletter-services such as mailchimp or getresponse. Make sure that the appropriate file manager to upload. list the templates available and edit the HTML-files directly including (for the landing page editor) showing the URL where it will be seen for the user, and adding writing an appropriate HEAD-section with TITLE, KEYWORDS, DESCRIPTION and pre-defined UTF-8 formating meta-tags plus tracking code that we'll provide. We’ll provide a FTP-account (and MySQL db if deemed necessary, though don’t believe it will be) that you can work on directly. General requirements: - Use a simple design (we can provide the looks of the environment, that it should mimic. - No frameworks except jQuery are allowed unless you check with us. - All styles should be in separate CSS-files. Inline CSS is a big no-no for the page (not for the templates built, though)! - File and database structures must be clear & make sense. - The code should be neatly indented and well commented - Names of variables and functions need to be clear and understandable - Use tooltips where appropriate. Clarification is always a good thing.
