Need experts to write a content management system. I need a php framework which enables creating a site like [login to view URL] easily. It needs to scrape yahoo news, feedburner, yahoo answers, ebay, youtube and findarticles.com. It will need custom feeds, feed must be cached, site should grow by searching new feeds once a timeframe. Content must be arranged in way as to not get dupe content filter on google.com. Site will be given a keyword, and then it will create a whole custom site based on that keyword using all the mentioned sources. Final output must look as close to [login to view URL] as possible with only work required by user is entering a keyword. We will need constant Instant Messanger contact with developer so that you can make the final output as close to what we want. My max budget for this project is $600, so please bid accordingly.
