Auto Rental Website Needs Editing

This website is for a local Auto rental company. The main design of the website is already complete. It needs minor editing. I want a simple clean design like the following URL. Part of this project entails that you come up with designs for inner pages in photoshop. If we agree on it then you can move on to coding. Below are my requirements for the project. --- After Reading the requirements below. If you feel it is easier to design the website from scratch. The option is open " Things to be done: 1. The logo positioning is wrong. The positioning is fixed so whenever you make the browser smaller or larger it floats on top of the menus. 2. The phone number and adress needs to be designed differently. Right now it is plain text on the header. See if you can make it look better. 3. The Main slider for the website needs to have clickable button like "[login to view URL]". As of this point the slider works but i want to make it show different text for each image and a button u can click on. 4. The size of the page needs to be dynamically expanded. I have a script on the main page and when you click on it. It expands but the main page doesn't. Overflow problem ! See the picture attached. 5. Over all I need three page design. If you look around they are all linked to the main page. * Vehicles page --- Top Menu * Best Deals Page --- Top Menu * Car type page EX: economy ---- Side Menu * Location Page ---- Side Menu 6. The website fails to pass W3C standards. You need to fix previous Code as well. Sample Website: [login to view URL] Web-Design Rules: 1. The website must be coded in pure HTML 5 and CSS 3 2. No use of any Content Management System 3. All Work must be original 4. You must use Micro-formats when needed. Specifically [login to view URL] standards. 5. URLS must be unique must use rel="canonical" 6. No inline CSS 7. All code must be commented and clear 8. No Empty tags 9. HTML and CSS must pass W3C standards. 10.
