Auction site

need someone to create auction website where only I can post auctions, I will need to be able to post additional photos for each auction, also it would need the size of the photos unlimited because i post high rez pics, I would only have 10 items running at 1 time, and they are all the same type, so no need for categories or anything like that,also would need an invoice sent to the winner with my paypal account so they can pay that way. the layout would be basically 10 small pics on 1,2,or 3 pages then a way for them to click to see higher quality (bigger) pictures with a countdown timer and also highbidder so people can see what the bid is, would also need a basic signup which would include name,username,password and email, then I would need it installed onto my hostgator account and ready to run. I am not rich so basically I will be taking the lowest bid as this does not need to be complicated just a easy way for me to post auctions. I will need the files so I can keep a backup in case I mess something up. will also need it so i can post my logo on front page of site it is a basic logo.
