Asset Management Web Application Software

We are embarking on a new project which will require us to build a web based investment management software application similar to that found at [login to view URL] The web application must be produced to a very high standard and include the following requirements: 1. Front end web pages with integral blog function to promote the website. 2. Subscriber payment processing with integration to a merchant account to take annual or regular monthly payments. 3. Subscriber members portal which allows subscriber to self-select investment portfolio types, input investment amounts and time horizon and then present a specific investment portfolio the subscriber can then follow 4. Data source integration which refreshers at the end of each day updating underling portfolio values 5. Ability to change at the 'back-end' the asset allocation of the underlying investment portfolio and the ability to change the specific stocks and investment held for each model portfolio. 6. Present data back to the subscriber in an attractive way such as in pie chart or table form or both. 7. Email / autoresponder integration to broadcast portfolio/investment changes 8/ Text message integration to broadcast portfolio/investment changes 9. Affiliate platform integration to incentivise subscribers to promote the site to their friends/social profiles and receive subscription reductions on new subscriber sign up 10. Access to members area and website should be accessible on iphone and ipad devices. The above is a broad list set of requirements. What we would like you to do i look at the example website and come back to us with specifics on how this website has been built, software, applications, themes etc used and what scripts etc were used to construct this. In addition, successful candidates would come back to us with a detailed plan of how they could go about producing a site such as the example given and detailed costs associated with this and a time frame we should consider. The full extent of the build for this project cannot be detailed in this short job spec so we would welcome dialogue with interested parties so we can explain fully what we are trying to achieve so please feel free to send a PM. We have not set a budget on this project and therefore happy to be lead by interested parties on the total costs on developing our required web application.
