Airport transfer service website needed, full site!

I require a full website design for an airport transfer service, the site will need search facility as well as info on clients added to the site as we will generate info from companies advertising their service on the site. Their info will then generate on the search facility. It will also have resort information as further income will be generated by advertising. The site will have to have the ability to take card payments online through a trusted payments service (not paypal). I may get the winning bidder to also complete full logo and some advertising banners for the site so may be additional income for the designer. I would like the site to be in the same format as this site, [login to view URL] I like the look of this site and its features, the search facility on the front page will be almost the same and also the search results to be almost the same with added search of late bookings with discounted prices. I have a reasonable budget for this project and looking to go live in a about 2-3 months. I am only looking for desingers who have the ability to complete this project on time and who have proven skills, I would require to see a portfolio of existing sites completed as well as brief range of skills in the application.
