Adsense niche site

PART ONE Basically I need you to create an adsense site around a niche. You will decide the niche and set-up/design the site and fill with content and then place my adsense code into the site. Site can be written in anything you like, (wordpress, html etc) You do the SEO and provide all of the content. You will inform me of the domain name to purchase and I will provide you with hosting Please make sure you factor everything into your bid. It is a flat rate. No extras. The site should be earning regularly and anything around $1 a week and upwards is acceptable. However you will make more money if this surpasses this. THE SITE MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOC otherwise the project will be cancelled without payment. Your bid will be your flat rate. However there are performance related bonuses and If your initial development is successful I would like you to continue on with a monthly fee to maintain and update the site. If you are interested in this part of the project put ONE in your bid The second part of this project I would like to have my own blog which earns from adsense, please state TWO in your bid if you're interested in this section. You will be responsible in setting up the blog, choosing domain name, placing adsense code into the site and discuss with me the topic/theme of the blog. For both projects I prefer to pay a milestone after seeing work taking place after several time wasters on other projects. Thank you
