C# custom controls wanted

We wish to purchase a selection of .Net c# custom controls for us to re-sell to .Net (mainly c# and VB) developers. perhaps your controls are; advanced time / date advanced grid functionality active directory tools advanced tree selectors smart combo boxes etc If you have a useful created component that you think other developers would be interested in, we are interested in purchasing the license rights to your component. If you have such a component, please send details of the functionality and the reason you think it is better than the standard .Net component. If possible send screen shots of it in use, or a very simple .exe demo of it. regards Stephen Gray ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-use/sell condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
