Convert Excel Spreadsheet to VB.NET/CompactFramework

I need someone to convert and expand on an Excel spreadsheet and corresponding VBA macro into a [login to view URL] Compact Framework 2.0 application written in VB.NET_. This application is intended towards the aviation industry and a background in aviation is a plus, but not required. A solid knowledge of Algebra is required as you'll be working with quadratic equations and matrices. Details are included in a five-page Microsoft Word document attached to this project. Please read it before bidding. The above is the first half of the project. The second half is to document line-by-line how the application works. See platform for methods of documentation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Source code must be heavily commented and variable names should be as verbose as possible. Source code not commented to my satisfaction is unacceptable. Verbose variable names make code easier to read and less cryptic. 3) Quality of the documentation, as determined by me, must meet or exceed the quality of the five-page Microsoft Word document attached to this project. 4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run/use condition. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
