Alarm Monitoring - MLR2 Device

Our Client has a MLR2 device, which is a multi-format digital receiver. 1) We need software to receive information from the com ports and also the ability to (if possible) make changes to the MLR2 through the software. 2) We also use intel dialogic telephone cards. Is it possible using the SDK CTE software kits to develop software to make the Intel cards do what the MLR2 does ? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows, VB
