Database and accounting software

I need a software to manage a small business I'm opening. The first thing you need to know is that the idea is having a database in a server of somekind with all the information stored in it and somekind of client software that I can install in any number of computers I need as my business grows. This client software should be able to access the database in the server, add information, modify it or even erase it. Every employee of mine would have his own username and password and the software won't let you access any information without it. If possible the database would have an entrance log so I can see who did what and when. I also need that some functions of the software are only accesible by me. I don't know if this can be solved by making two different kind of client softwares (kind of an admin software and a user software) or by password identification in which according to the type of privileges is the functions you have access to. I would prefer something not based on Web but an executable, but I'm open to suggestions. Finally, you must consider in your bid the necessary tech support in choosing and installing the server and setting up the necessary network connections. The software has to be in Spanish so it's preferable that you speak Spanish but not mandatory, I can help with the translations. So...what's this software about? Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) Database and server-side software intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. (Windows XP) 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform For the server I would prefer something that doesn't require that I actually purchase a server. Just a PC designated as server with the database and all the necessary software. Windows server edition or whatever you suggest. But I need you to specify it in your bid so that I can consider the cost of the necessary software. For the clients: Windows XP
