hi there, Basically I need a program that will do the following: [login to view URL] units from a database of up to 10,000 numbered entries -each of them with two parts (say a and b) and arrange them into two separate document (one containing choices a and the other choices b) for printing. [login to view URL] number of units to be selected must be variable from 1 to 60. 3. It must be possible to jumble the order of the selected units and then number them according to the new order - this must ne reflected in the second document [login to view URL] document must be formattable and there will be a choice of templates for a cover sheet - plus a user generated template with the appropriate page for edition and help. [login to view URL] database should have up to 20 sections each with a sub-section and the units are categorised in these. 5. The user should be able to select units from each section via an interface showing sections and the units in each either by reference or by unit. 6. The program should be interfaced with the usual word processors. 7. Help files must be included. 8. The final package is to be downloadable and operate using a unique generated key. This is just a general overview but it gives an idea of the software needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 9x and above Linux
