Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform For standalone / LAN - must be able to run in any window based pc eg windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP, NT etc. for server / online - must be able to run in a UNIX based workstation eg freeBSD with Apachee, mySQL and php and viewable from internet browsers like IE, netscape, mozilla, firefox etc. We prefer the software should be able to be used in all OS ie windows based as well as open source so that we'll have an option to install on any platform. This is because we have the expertise in windows platform including mySQL but none in open source platform (but we're looking into it soon). As we need to do the installation and configuration on the client's place but only have expertise in windows application at this moment. Software must also include **user and technical documentation** so that easy for us to train the user and to edit the script if required.
