Cisco AS5400/AS5350 Configuration

Remotely configure a new Cisco AS5400 to talk SIP to our VoIP softswitch (VocalData), and work with our carrier to successfully turn up 4 PRIs. Work with our staff to stress test the gateway by filling up with 92 concurrent calls, make sure there is no echo and the system is stable before putting into production. Set up logging and alerts for possible failures and outages. Set up and teach my Cisco technician how to view realtime voice traffic on each PRI, how to log it, and how to troubleshoot and shut down channels. The gateway is remotely accessible.

## Deliverables

1) Fully functional voice gateway with 4 PRIs connected and active.

2) Error free, echo-free calls on all 4 PRIs.

3) Successful stress test of 92 concurrent calls.

4) Logging and alerting set up.

5) Successful remote training of my Cisco engineer.

6) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
