build an "Edmunds widget" plugin for my wordpress website

Hi, My project is to build an "Edmunds widget" plugin for my wordpress website. Here is the link for the widget. In Edmunds widget, only Tab 1 and 2 will be used. [login to view URL] This plugin has to be compatible with wootique theme, Contact Form 7 and Woocommerce. 1. "Edmunds widget" plugin captures customer's choice and input from Edmunds widget and contact form 7 2. wrap up such info as a "product" 3. load admin's "preset price" 4. send "product" and "preset price" to Woocommerce. That's it. Two more minor features: 1. Price can be preset by admin 2. The button's text is editable. A customer's buying experience will be shown as described. A customer visits the site, uses Edmunds widget to choose a car. Then customer fills the contact form. The next step is that the "product" and "preset price" will be shown in Woocommerce. The rest checkout step will be handled by woocommerce. Since the price is preset, the customer can check out right after he chooses a car and fills the contact form.
