I need an application to extract (scalping) all the information from the results of Auctions of Antiquorum, Christies, Sotheby and Bonhams related to watches auctions. I need the information on Excel. A sheet for each auction, each lot in a row with information divided in columns. On the application I have to put the address of the Auction result and then all the information has to go on an excel file. Each Auctioner uses different way to present the results. For explanation I indicate 4 different auctions: Antiquorum [login to view URL] Different pages for the same auction. Sothebys http://www.sothebys.com/it/auctions/2013/watches-n09055.html#&i=0 Sotheby’s has all the information on the page but is divided in different page. Christies [login to view URL] Christie’s has different page with links to the lots. I need the information from each link. Bonhams [login to view URL] Bonham has all the information on the page but the page is divided in different page and the estimate value are on a pdf file. The link to the pdf is is in the page (on the right). For example the pdf file for this auction is: [login to view URL] The information that I need are: - The number of the lot - Title of the watch - Description of the watch - Minimum estimate - Maximum estimate - Sold price The lots should be arranged for rows and each information in a cell. I need to put the web-address of the auction results and get the excel file. I’ve already payed for this project but it’s on the webservber of a freelancer who is no more approachable. I attache the excel files that I need (they are from all 4 auctioneer)

Hello, I have gone through your files and the sites, and can offer you a .NET Window tool, which you can run from your desktop, by a click of a button. It will- 1. accept as input the URL of the auction, of any of the four sites 2. go to each item of each page of the URL 3. extract lot number, title, description, min estimate, max estimate, price sold, link to page(to check) Also, in case of Bonhams, data will be additionally extracted from the PDF. 4. write it into a CSV file - which can be opened in Excel (similar to your example files) However, I have a couple of questions- 1. which currency should be set for the sites? 2. some of the items are not yet sold - so will have no "sold" price, should these still be extracted? Let me know. It will take me between 3 to 5 days to complete it. I expect NO upfront payment. However I will need a 100% milestone to be created before I start work. Once I give you the working files, you can test them and only satisfied that everything works as expected, you can release the milestone to me, and not before. Do get in touch if you're interested.
