I have one db structure in mysql.(attached) I have the first part of the CRUD, where it does the inclusion and the population of some fields in the table.(attached) What is needed now : 1-select on a table Relato_guiado in descricao per a string and that will give as result the respective element identified by the id_modelo in table modelo. And show all elements in table modelo that was identified per the above select. the string will be given per the user when tiping it in a text bos. 2-when the result from modelo table shows there need to have an edit option that when the user click it goes to the second page and allow a neww model to be included in the table relato_guiado. 3- Add a function that when a user finish to fill the second page ( ) an review bottow appear and if the user click on it would be able to see exactly what was writen and then an edit option is available to allow the user to chagne what he just have saved. 4- Also as a last request a very simple design / apperance to all pages including a name to the whole applicaiton with the application name that is RELEX. I`m adding the part of code that is already done and the db design, in case any chnge to db structure is required it can be discussed in case any question come that doesnt allow the full understanding of the request please contact imediatly the requester, I`ll be watching the email in order to be able to calrify any question .
