Custom WordPress Theme Development

I need a WordPress ninja to develop a custom WordPress theme. **This project does not have a design requirement. ** I will be providing the design around which the WordPress theme is to be developed. I've attached a PDF (in a .zip) of the draft design to give you the general idea. I will provide to the worker a final design with details on fonts, font sizes, widths and heights of the various elements, etc. This PDF only shows the front page of the website. The final PDF provided to the worker will show footer, design for single post and page. (Essentially the same as the front page.) Additional information: * The theme has a vertical menu next to the main header image. (Menu has to utilize the 'Menu" feature of WordPress.) <!-- --> * The header image will be a slideshow of images with circular bullets in the lower right to indicate the quantity of images in the slideshow. The images should fade into each other. (Can this be done without jQuery?) It should be easy to add / remove images to the sildeshow (I am PHP, CSS, HTML knowledgeable.) <!-- --> * There are 3 sidebar requirements. 1 sidebar that is landscape, rectangular, and spans the width of the other two sidebars. <!-- --> * There is NO requirement for the worker to create the webform shown in the design. I will do that. Please ensure the code has been validated for cross browser compatibility ( including, but not limited to: IE 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x; Safari 4.x, 5.x; Firefox 3.x, 4.x; Chrome 9.x, 10.x; and Opera 10.x, 11.x) I have a hosting available with a third party. I'm happy to provide access to the worker to ensure all components function as they should, or to develop the theme "live." It is the workers responsibility to ensure the code works properly on my hosting provider's servers. The code should be well-commented. Look forward to receiving your bids! Thank you!
