At a very high level the project is to develop a website that will allow for users to submit background checks.
The system itself does not actually process the background checks. A separate admin area needs to be built for the results of the background checks to be entered into the system.
Security of the code and deployment of the final solution is absolutely required for the nature of this project, so in your bid please mention what you would do to prevent a SQL injection attack.
The programming language /framework that you use may address this, so if it does - please mention which language/framework - and whether that is built into the framework.
