Create a simple e-mail notification program/script with data pushed from Formstack form

PLEASE BE FAMILIAR WITH FORMSTACK, FORM DATA PUSHING AND/OR WEBHOOKS BEFORE BIDDING. I am looking to create a very simple e-mail notification script after a client orders something through my Formstack form. While Formstack is overall awesome, it is a bit limited in its "logic routing" and inserting dynamic content in an e-mail based on what the user orders. I was thinking I can have Formstack push the data it collects to a script you create and that script will send the confirmation e-mail/receipt to the client. The script needs to be able to: (1) Let me dynamically insert instructions in an html e-mail based on which of the items my client picks, so if/then logic. (2) Let me send a receipt attached in PDF format that only shows items that the client ordered. I am hoping to get this project done this by Monday, so in your bid make sure you write "I can finish this by Monday!" so I know you are serious. Thanks!
