Create a matchmaking website

I am looking for someone to make a website, and i mean the total website, the website will be a matchmaking service, with a userbase, the features i want to include go something like this, 1. A user signs up for a free account. He/she provides his/her details about themselves such as their name, hair color, eye color, weight, height etc. This information is to be stored in a database. 2. The person signing up would have to provide his/her address but this would not be publically shown, if possible the person would be able to use facebook connect to sign up. All the information they give would be public for all other members, except for their home address. 3. After the sign up the person would be directed to a "Create your dream Man/Woman" page. On this page the person would choose from a number of features such as preferred hair color, eye color, height body type etc. To create their dream man/woman. 4. After they are done, the system would search through the database for other users who have the same characteristics as the person they made as their dream person, or atleast similar characteristics. 5. The person could then click on any one of them and see their profile page, on this profile page the person could send them a PM, or if they are online they could chat with them. 6. Also on the profile page there would be an option, "Send a gift", once the user clicks this option they would be redirected to a list of gifts, and their prices, they would then select a certain gift and pay for it via paypal or something. Then the name of the person who sent the gift and what gift did they select and who did they gift it to would be sent to the moderator panel (which is also a feature), then it would be up to the moderator to send the gift that they selected to the specified person's address, this is why the address is not visible publically, but it should be to the moderator. Also a person should be able to select what information they want to display publicaly, and they should be able to block another person from sending them messages, gifts, or chatting with them. I am not exactly sure of what it would cost, so please state your price.
