Hello Sir, Can we discuss on task? You want to make like First country dropdown which is already fill up with country name. Now when user select country then second dropdown is enabled and fill up with city of selected country Then user select city and enabled street dropdown and fill with street name based on city. After selection of all three dropdown display submit button. When click on submit button ajax submit form. right? also easy way to call all time ajax when change country or city dropdown and we need to get response in json like we pass country id when call ajax and get json response with id and name for city and street What you say? Ready to start now and will complete within few hours. Generally we create multiple dependent dropdown using Ajax. It is easy and fine. So, I suggest Ajax and JQuery.
