Upon request of freelancer, here you are with more details about our project. We need a Managed content selling via USSD, SMS & MMS VAS platform. Content Providers can create accounts and sell contents supported by mobile phones (text, image, App or video). \r\nEach content seller can create a content project and push contents (text SMS) to subscribers. Content seller can receive contents (text SMS like small time job announcement) from subscribers, monitor these contents and push them to other subscribers. \r\nEach content seller can connect to Multiple mobile operators via USSD, SMPP, HTTP, XML, etc. It must support also same APIs connection from external users. The platform must include billing system. Two type of billing: USSD and Short code. \r\n- Additional details of the features:\r\n Support of multiple connections to Operators.\r\n Support of various interfaces (SMPP, HTTP, SOAP, XML etc.).\r\n Support of different charging mechanisms and sophisticated billing scenarios.\r\n Integration with mobile operators\' billing systems or central SDP.\r\n Easy creation of services using simple XML notation.\r\n Support unlimited content providers and users.\r\n USSD and premium SMS traffic monitoring in real time.\r\n Detailed statistics of USSD and premium SMS traffics\r\n Simple XML based API to connect 3rd party services.
