Build data import export addin for drupal commerce

Please before bid read requirements clearly. I'm searching someone for Drupal development who can build Drupal commerce import /export module. I have attached excel file for reference. The code should have extra feature like download the product image to locally system (based on the product code) . It should also support multiple prices. In the sample excel there is distribution and end user prices which should be imported separately as well. Data will be stored as terms of Drupal commerce products. After import the data , it should show in list with update or inserted status. Send pm for any clarification .
