Bettingexchange script on request by my specification

Good day to you! I am needed in freelancer/group of freelancers to write a module (bet_ting exchange) to our gamb_ling site. (logics is like betfair_dot_com). Only logics, design no needed. Shortly specification: 1. This module must contain its logics, user interface, administration interface. 2. This module will be connected to the site according to certain rules (i will give them later) - by API 3. This module have to get data from other site`s modules, from users Events and live events lists with bet_ting markets, with results we already have (it is another module) Waiting for your responses with your (approximate) prices and terms.
