Automatical Video Internet Search and Embede Code for Video Portal

Hi Buddies! We posted already a few days ago, unfortunately we have some problems to lock into our account (have no single idea why!) We are a Video Portal (Online TV) We are searching for following: We need a script/software, which searches in the WEB (youtube, myvideo and so on) for videos which are legal allowed by the owners of the videos to share and show in Third-Part Portals (means: embeding the videos included meta datas, as title, description, tags, etc.). The scrpit shall search only in certain portals, we must be able to tell the script where (youtube, facebook, myvideo, [login to view URL]). We must be able to exclose certain themes as violence, porn and so on. The script shall automatically embede the searched videos into our portal included all metas.
