Automatic PIN code delivery

I have two project that I want to implement. You can offer your bids for one or two projects. If the two projects are expensive I will just consider Project 1.

Project 1: Ebay

I am selling phone card PIN codes on ebay, using PayPal payment.. I want to automate the PIN code delivery. It has to be instant email delivery. If a buyer buys a 5 USD pin code, he should get it as 1 pin code. If he buys two pin codes with a single check out he should get 1 pin code of 10 USD value. If he buys 3 pin codes in a single check out he will still get 1 pin code of 15 USD value and so on. If however, the buyer check outs twice he should get seperate email with two pin codes of different value (if he buys different values).

I should have some sort of inventory where I can keep the PIN codes of different values in the stock, such as 10 codes of 5 USD, 10 codes of 15 USD etc.

Project 2: My own website

Extra: I would like to take this project to my own website (i have domain and hosting already), but we can discuss this. It just has to be secure check out process. Method of payment will be Paypal, Google check out.
