Our secretary in our recruitment business currently needs to manual re-format a candidates resume from the format that the candidate has sent to us, and re-format the candidates resume into a standard format that we send to our clients. She does this but changing the fonts, adding a cover page, adding a logo, cutting and pasting which at the moment takes approximatly 10 minutes per resume. We are trying to develop a system or if it is possible, write macros within MS word to automate this process to reduce time and make the process quicker. Please see the attachments of what a resume looks like before, and the format we need it put into.
