Amazon to eBay Turbolist Scraper and poster

I'm looking to have a tool that accepts an Amazon URL and scrapes certain data (which can be manipulated based on a set of rules eg. price markup etc) into a CSV file compatitable for use with eBay's Turbo Lister software. Basically, I'm looking to scrape product listing information from Amazon, manipulate the scraped information, and export the list in ebay Turbo Lister format for easy importing. The system should then be able to post the created .csv file via Turbo Lister using various, randomly selected, professional looking eBay templates onto eBay. The templates should include the ability to show multiple pictures (if there are any) into the product description. This system would be able to put up many thousands of eBay listings very quickly, automatically once the URL have been supplied to scrape Amazon. Required Features: Input Amazon URL (accepts URLS after filters have been selected on Amazon's site) Scrape product title, all available product images/urls, product description, bullet point description, product dimensions, UPC, price, inventory information, et.c Calculate and markup prices based on a customization markup table (ex Items 10-20$ -> 100%, Items 30-40$ -> 70% $80$...etc) Before posting to eBay the scraped information would need the price adjusting based on certain agreed formula and the Amazon titles would have the option to have pre-set keyword terms appended and/or prefixed to the scraped title. Being able to edit the title manually before listing on eBay as well as checking scraped content against a banned keyword list would be required too. Once the eBay listings are live, they need to be checked often automatically by the tool (would agree a time after asking your opinion on this) to ensure the scraped price hadn't changed and the stock levels were correct. Changing the price/stock levels of the live listings as they change on Amazon would be required and the removing of any listings if the product gets removed from Amazon or stock levels reach zero. I would prefer someone who has done this kind of work before specifically with experience with eBay's Turbo Lister program so they know what we are talking about. I appreciate this only gives you an idea of what I would like to achieve, and if you are interested I will list all of the finer points for you.
