Affiliate Software Needed for Multi-Site Network

I need software created (or existing software customized) for my network of sites. The following rules should apply: * Affiliates can sign up through each separate domain to the main affiliate platform * Once affiliates sign up, they should only see information pertaining to the site they signed up through and not have access to any other campaign on the network. For example an affiliate for SiteA should not have access to SiteB or be able to tell the two sites are on the same network. * Each domain will have it's own merchant who needs their own admin login so they can manage their affiliates. For example, the own of SiteA can log into the admin area and view affiliates and stats for SiteA only without having access to any other site or its affiliates. * Master account for network owner should exist with access to all merchants and all affiliates. I know there is software that allows for multiple domains and private campaigns but the issue is that, from what I've found, merchants have access to all network affiliates - I need to keep merchant accounts and their affiliates hidden from each other. Hopefully existing software can be coded so make this an easy project, rather than creating software from scratch.
