Additional Features in Modified Open Classfied script

Hello, We are using open classified for one of our project and we modified it big time. Now we want a few new features to be incorporated. We have two payment gateway integrated paypal and sagepay, both works fine. **Task 1** : Once a user makes payment for the item rental or buying either by paypal and [login to view URL] system should sent out three html emails. [login to view URL] email to the person who paid confirming that his item is now reserved with payment details and lister detail alongwith lister name,address, contact no, email. [login to view URL] email to the lister of the item confirming that his item is now reserved with payment details and lister detail alongwith lister name,address, contact no, email. [login to view URL] email to the site owner of all transaction details. **Task 2 :** Next thing is once the payment is complete both party should be allowed to post feedback to each other ebay style ... positve , neutral , negative etc. I am assuming people will post feedbacks once the rental period is over or the item is handed over. **Task 3 :** When creating a listing user should have an option to mark the auction as featured, if chosen a small fee will be charged(user needs to pay that fee before the item goes live) and the item will remain active for 30 days unless the item gets booked or bought before that. A flag in the db must be set for featured auction. Thats pretty much it. Budget is STRICT 75USD We will be very strict on timeframe as well. We need this to be ready by Sunday(tomorrow) midnight.
