Add video clip to e-newsletter??

I've created an html/Photoshop in-house e-newsletter with a link to a short .wmv file that plays in the Windows Media Player. What I'd like to do, if possible, is have the video play directly from the e-newsletter itself on some sort of video player graphic instead of the media player. I have to apologize for not being more clear about this, it's just that I'm not sure of the correct terminology. What I have in mind though is the type of thing you see when viewing clips from a news channel, etc. Hope that helps. I'm not at all sure how to go about doing this. For example, would the .wmv have to be converted to another format? How is a player with fast-forward, rewind, etc. controls inserted into the html or psd file? With all these questions, I've decided it might be best to just post a bid request. I should mention that the current .wmv file is stored on a shared drive... no web server is involved. I'm not sure if that is a factor or not. Also, I have a working copy of the e-newsletter that I can send to the winning bidder. If what I've tried to describe is possible, I'm also hoping that changing the video link from month to month will be as easy as changing a piece of code here or there, and if so, what section of code(s) that would be.
