Hello, I went through your requirements and would like to propose a solution: - a web application with basic graphical user interface - basic authentication and memberships management - allow user to upload xml file, which contains series of activities - web app will parse those data, and connect and put into mongodb instance (database) - user (admin) will have graphical form to view and edit inputed data. application will validate the data to ensure its integrity. - web app also expose APIs that respond needed data as JSON format per authorized request. I will happy to deliver the web app in 7 days, built with Ruby on Rails and MongoDB. I also deliver many updates during the development so that you can test and give feedbacks quickly.
