I am looking for web designer/coder who can build a advertising site similar to www.livedeal.com. It need to be an exact clone, and provide all of the functionality of that site. The Home page will be similar to new Walmart website ([login to view URL]) which it have a 3 flashed navigation bar for the prime advertiser linked to their feature detail and so is the spotlight section that have linked to their web features or web pages. In addition, we have additional features that we would like to add to the site which are not available on livedeal.com. for the purposes of this project I will reveal to the winning bidder of this marketing idea. The payment process for this project is 25% down for the first mockup of the website , 25% when I see the complete project on test server(your own server)and 50% paid upon completion and the website is bug free at the end when it is been completely setup to Yahoo domain hosting server and fully working.
