Custom american sport fantasy website created..

I need a custom responsive fantasy site made: IMPORTANT: I keep asking programmer to list there questions. 90% seem say "I get it all" but it's impossible with this as it's not that complex but the project seems hard and more complex. So you have to have some questions. Please have a list of questions and go over the link/attachment a few times as it's not really very complex once you know the betting terms. I'll pay $400 for this. I need it completed in 1 months time. You can start with betting or basic fantasy football script if you like. This site won't have 80% of what a fantasy football site has as it's a fake betting site really. Fake in that no money is spent to bet, as it's illegal for a site like that in the US. Note the work is not that complex. The excel files make it confusing as they use abbreviations or different words for the same terms. Once you get the terms you'll get that this site is not that complex. You don't have to grab the Over/Under or point spread dynamically (grabbed from a feed). The client will enter that in.
