Custom Shopping Cart and Design

I am looking for a design just like this one for the niche I'm currently in. [login to view URL] I need someone who can set up a custom shopping cart like the one in the example. I will refer to the drag and drop icon and the line that it rests on as "the horizontal line". Specifications Must be able to drag the icon along the horizontal line to affect the price. Shopping cart must be synced with the horizontal line. Must be able to change the values of the horizontal line. Numbers below the horizontal line must change in real time. I basically want the functionality that the example has.
