Adding a database from excel into a MySQL CMS

Hi,
I have a database of over 40,000 leisure centres/sport facilities/fitness classes/sport clubs in an excel format.
I need these entries to be added to a MySQL CMS back office where you can add the entries.
The excel sheet with all the leisure centre has name of centre, address of centre, phone number, email address etc. It also includes all the different sport facilities they offer i.e football, basketball, gym, rugby and these need to be separate listings as you will see on our online directory, you search for each facility ([login to view URL]).
