I need a customized vb forum. So if you have little to no experience with customizing vbulletin forums then please dont apply for this project. I need someone who can show me that they have successfully customized vb forums in previous projects. What I want my forum to be about has to do with prop betting. A prop bet is when somebody makes a wager against another person that something will or wont occur. An example is that I would bet a person that Bart Simpson will die in the next simpsons episode, or hommer will say the word "doh" 5 times. (i know bad examples) Or I could bet someone that the patriots will lose in the super bowl etc. My site will not involve wagering of actual money. But when one registers on the site they would receive 100 free tokens to wager / prop bet against other members. There would need to be a forum section where players could easily enter into a prop agreement / contract for a given value of tokens. Once it has been proven a person has won or lost the prop tokens could then be automatically distributed from the losing person to the winning person. So there total value of prop points should appear everytime they make a forum post. I also want their to be a weekly / monthly / yearly leaderboard for points. Because I want to give out prizes to people who accumulate the most tokens in these given time periods. So essentially this is a free way for people to win cool prizes for being the best prop better. Obviously since people would join at different dates people who have been on the site longer than others would have an advantage of having more points. So it would be important that total tokens accumulated never resets. But there should also be a different display that shows how many tokens they have won in a certain week or month.
