Website Business requirement document. 1) The website needs to be in coded in PHP (Latest stable version) and MYSQL Website modules are, • Shopping cart • Postcode search (Nearest to user ) I will provide relevant info.. • Sage Pay Integration (Credit card processing gateway with no redirection) • Control panel (input stock info, reports) • Website design • SEO • White label product so Company info and graphics, can be ported from a file. 2) All sensitive traffic between website and server needs to be encrypted. (creditcard information , personal details) 3) All company information , company name , address , email address , logo can be changed from a config file so multiple sites can be created from the website template. 4) Third party payment gateway will be used (Sage pay) and you will have to liase with them to get the relavent code/info for integration. (I do not want our website redirecting to sage pay to take payment it must be done here) 5) The database needs to be totally secure from unauthorized access. 6) The website needs to ensure that the company email address cannot be harvested by Bots to send spam. 7) Emails sent by the website need to be professional with our company logo attached. 8) A Invoice should also be automatically generated and sent to the customer once a sale has been completed. (via email) 9) Admin control panel will be required (separate app) should do the following. • Produce daily reports on sales / quotes / aborted transactions for the day. • Ability to print all reports • Ability to update stock levels for the database • Ability to add / remove stock / description / amount/cost etc etc • Ability to add / remove fitting partners and charges • Produce sales report based on date selection • Produce sales report based on stock code • Import/Export facility to export sales data in CSV format • Ability to upload flash file for banner changes • A section to allow input of basic information of Fitting partners. 10) Client data to be retained on database for marketing purposes 11) Export facility for client email addresses so they can be used for mass mailing special offers. 12) I will provide company logo you need to design site so it does not look like a clone. 13) ALL SITE MUST BE INDEXED IN GOOGLE AND SEARCH ENGINES ! 14) WE PROVIDE THE META AND DESCRIPTION. 15) Functionality wise the website should be a clone of [login to view URL] including the postcode search.
