Coder to Create Way for captcha workers to solve captchas that are made on my server on their home computer

I have a windows server which has two user accounts. In one of the users accounts I have a program which generates certain accounts. To generate these accounts, captchas must be solved. I would like a coder who would transmit these captchas which my program generates, to workers at their home computers, who see these captchas, insert them from their home, and the accounts are generated and created in my remote windows server. Im looking for something that is fast, and can have as many as up to 100 workers to log in at once to solve the captchas. Please have experience coding something like this previously.
